Ms. Morris First Grade Class

I am a recent graduate of the University of North Texas and I hold a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Psychology. In the fall I will be pursing my Master's Degree as well. Even as an educator our learning is never completed.

I decided to purse my passion, which was teaching, after constantly finding myself in that position. I would either volunteer or be chosen to teach Sunday school classes, participate in Junior Achievement programs or always get called on to tutor children in different areas. The light bulb finally went off one day when I realized I did it because I loved it. I enjoyed always seeing the outcome of the children grasping a hold of new knowledge, achieving new goals, or excelling beyond what they thought they couldn't do.

I look forward to working with all of my students and their parents this year...
